I have always had an interest in sports, fitness, and physiology and have known since high school that I would pursue a career in a healing profession. Upon graduating from Washington State University in 1996 with a Baccalaureate of Science in Kinesiology, I pursued my massage certification at the Touch Therapy Institute.
When knots in your neck, between your shoulder blades, or a sore lower back effects your ability to work, I am here to find those knots and the few more you didn't know were there. If you are a serious athlete needing an extra edge to recover from grueling workouts, or that calf starts nagging you 3 miles into your run, you would be wise to choose me as your massage therapist. Pain relief is what I do best. Those that come to see me usually view massage as more of a gateway to healing than an indulgent luxury.
I believe that the best massage therapists know the structure and function of the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. They understand the dysfunctions that can occur and how a particular technique/s can aid the situation or be contraindicated.
I now have an office of my own in Westlake Village to serve everyone in Agoura, Calabasas, Oak Park, North Ranch, Lake Sherwood, Thousand Oaks, Malibu and Newbury Park. You will find that my prices are better than any area spa and I allow for spot treatment sessions, making massage very accessible and affordable.
